Head to toe we're full of bones all this we know for a fact If you are curious about the number It's 206 to be exact Metacarpals help you write Metatarsals let you run our bones are hard and white and the names are kind of fun The Craniem keeps our head strong the Femur keeps our legs long the Mandible lets us sing and the humerus helps up swing There are many many little bones and several big ones too but for all of us to keep them strong there are things that we must do with that Run and play and drink your milk to keep bones hard and strong if we take good care of them they will hold us all day long
